The connection continues in the name of beauty
Euroflora is heading to Belgium to take part in Floralien Gent, taking place from May 1 to 10 in the city of Ghent. This important international event brings together professionals, institutions, and gardening enthusiasts from all over the world.
Euroflora’s participation is a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, share expertise, and promote Italian excellence in the floriculture sector. In these days, the team is actively preparing the exhibition space, carefully working on every detail to best express the identity, values, and vision of the event.
This presence is part of a broader strategy of international openness and dialogue, aimed at building new collaborations and positioning Euroflora more firmly within the European horticultural landscape. In the coming days, we will share more insights from behind the scenes, including preparations, meetings, and key moments of the event.

Een groene brug tussen Genua en Gent
In een versnipperde wereld brengt de tuin ons samen.
Euroflora keert terug naar Gent, niet als gast, maar als onderdeel van een historisch
ecosysteem van gedeelde schoonheid.
De ruimte die de Ligurische flora vertegenwoordigt, is een eerbetoon aan het onzichtbare
netwerk dat de bloemisten uit Ligurië verbindt met die uit Vlaanderen: een levendig parterre
van mediterrane aroma’s vormt de basis voor twee plantaardige totems, symbolen van onze
evenementen.
Hier, tussen vetplanten die de tijd trotseren en bloemen die het heden vieren, is de plant niet
langer louter decoratie, maar de universele taal van een herontdekte vriendschap.
Als enige Italiaanse halte in het prestigieuze circuit van de Europese floralies, werd
Euroflora in 1966 in Genua opgericht, geïnspireerd door het beroemde Gentse model.
Gedurende dertien edities heeft het evenement de evolutie van de sierteelt gemarkeerd en
de veranderingen in smaak en design vertolkt.
Trouw aan de zoektocht naar schoonheid en uitmuntende producten, stelt Euroflora
vandaag duurzaamheid, stedelijk groen en landschapsarchitectuur centraal. Deze worden
gezien als de pijlers van onze toekomst en cruciale bondgenoten in de strijd tegen
klimaatverandering.
De volgende editie vindt plaats in Genua, in het kader van het door Renzo Piano ontworpen
Waterfront di Levante, in april 2028.

A green bridge between Genoa and Ghent
In a fragmented world, the garden unites.
Euroflora returns to Ghent not as a guest, but as part of a historic ecosystem of shared
beauty.
The space representing the Ligurian floralies is a tribute to the invisible network that binds
Ligurian floriculturists to those in Flanders: a vibrant parterre of Mediterranean aromas
serves as the foundation for two vegetal totems, symbols of our exhibitions.
Here, among succulents that defy time and flowers that celebrate the present, plants cease
to be mere decoration and become the universal language of a rediscovered friendship.
As the only Italian stop in the prestigious circuit of European floralies, Euroflora was
established in Genoa in 1966, inspired by the celebrated Ghent model. Through thirteen
editions, the event has marked the evolution of floriculture, interpreting shifts in taste and
design.
Remaining faithful to the pursuit of beauty and production excellence, Euroflora today
focuses on sustainability, urban greenery, and landscape architecture—seen as pillars for
our future and crucial allies in the fight against climate change.
The next edition will be held in Genoa, within the setting of the Waterfront di Levante
designed by Renzo Piano, in April 2028.
